Best seat
in the house
Every dog thinks they belong up front. On our aircraft, they are right. Your pet flies in the cabin — at your feet, or on the seat beside you. No crate, no cargo hold, no fee, and no four hours of wondering how they are getting on.
Why it matters
The hold is not
a small thing
Cargo travel is the part of a trip most owners dread, and with reason. Temperature swings, engine noise, hours out of sight, and a handling chain with several places to go wrong. For a snub-nosed breed it can be worse than uncomfortable — a good many airlines will not carry them at all.
None of that applies here. There is no hold on a Citation. There is a cabin, and your dog is in it.
On the day
How it usually
goes
-
Straight to the aircraft
You park a short walk from the airplane. No terminal, no security line, no crowd to steer a nervous animal through on a lead.
-
On board on their own terms
Some dogs settle on the floor. Some claim a seat. Some spend the whole climb with their nose against the window. All of it is fine.
-
Water and a bowl
Mention it when you book and it is waiting. Bring the toy that smells like home.
-
Out the door together
On arrival you step off onto the ramp. For most dogs the whole thing is shorter and a great deal quieter than the drive to the airport.
Most of our four-legged passengers are dogs, which is why they get top billing here. Cats, birds and the occasional rabbit are every bit as welcome — same cabin, same no fee, same seat if they want it.
The honest bit
Worth knowing
before you book
Light on rules, but there are a couple of real ones.
Tell us when you book
Not a restriction. We just want the bowl and the spare blanket on board, and the crew likes knowing who is coming.
They are your responsibility in flight
Same as in your own car. If your dog is anxious in a moving vehicle, that does not change at altitude.
Bring more than one
Two dogs, three, the whole household — it is a question of seats and payload, not policy. Tell us who is coming and we will tell you which aircraft suits. No giraffes.
Bring the whole family
Tell us where you are going and who is coming, four legs included.
