Our roots in the wonderful world of private aviation began in 2015 by providing 24/7 mission critical organ donor flights. To the flight team, whom many have served in the military, this came as close to a military mission as it gets in the civilian world. Organ Donor flights require a tremendous amount of teamwork and precision to be successful. These flights are also extremely rewarding. This level of dedication to working towards a shared goal is what defines Aero Air Charter.

**DALLAS MERRITT -** *PILOT*

Dallas embarked on his aviation career over 40 years ago as a Marine Corps Aviator on six different aircraft. After retiring, he joined JetBlue Airways in 2010 as both First Officer and Captain. With degrees from Sterling College and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Dallas enjoys boating, golfing, and traveling with his wife Sandy when he's not flying.

Michigan-born Naval Aviator Nick, fueled by a childhood carrier dream, soared through 20 years piloting MH-60Rs before landing at Aero, where his expertise and passion take flight again.
