Our roots in the wonderful world of private aviation began in 2015 by providing 24/7 mission critical organ donor flights. To the flight team, whom many have served in the military, this came as close to a military mission as it gets in the civilian world. Organ Donor flights require a tremendous amount of teamwork and precision to be successful. These flights are also extremely rewarding. This level of dedication to working towards a shared goal is what defines Aero Air Charter.

Naval Commander-turned-Aero leader Kit McCulley, with over 44 years of aviation expertise and a passion for safety, helms Aero's operations, ensuring exceptional experiences for all.

**DAVE NOLAN -**
*MAINTENANCE*

An A&P-certified mechanic, Dave brings hands-on experience with everything from radial engines to turbine rotorcraft. He’s also a pilot-in-training and a champion short track racer.

**BILL STRIEPECK -**
*PILOT*

An Active Reserves Naval Aviation Commander, Bill has always been brought back to Pensacola for family and his love of flying. As a previous business owner and operator, his passion is ensuring customer service and experience.

***J.P. FALARDEAU*** *- PILOT*

Chicago-area native and retired Naval Aviator with a passion for air travel, customer service, and sharing his love of the skies. He and his family are proud to part of the Pensacola community and Aero team.

**PARIS WELLS** *- PILOT*

A Navarre native, Paris served in the Coast Guard as a Maritime Law Enforcement Specialist before captaining yachts under a USCG Master 200-ton license. He later trained military student pilots in Pensacola and now flies for Aero—his dream job.

**MARK** **JACKSON** - *CHIEF PILOT*

A Coast Guard Academy grad and veteran pilot, Mark flew missions from the Arctic to the Gulf in aircraft like the HC-130 and MH-65. He led Navy flight training in Pensacola before joining Aero in 2022. He now enjoys flying alongside a great team and spending time with his wife and four kids.

**DALLAS MERRITT -** *PILOT*

Dallas began his aviation career over 40 years ago as a Marine Corps Aviator on six different aircraft. After retiring, he joined JetBlue Airways in 2010 as a First Officer and Captain. With degrees from Sterling College and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Dallas enjoys boating, golfing, and traveling with his wife Sandy.

A Marine Corps veteran with over 20 years in aviation, Erich brings precision and passion to every flight. He holds a degree from Embry-Riddle and enjoys family life with his wife and two sons..

**SCOTT WHITE -**
*DIR OF MAINTENANCE / PILOT*

A seasoned A&P mechanic and pilot with over 35 years of experience, Scott White's passion for aviation fuels his dedication to the highest safety standards at Aero Air Charter.

**JAY AGOSTINELLI -**

After 24 years in Naval aviation, Jay now calls the Gulf Coast home. He brings a passion for safe, customer-focused flying and enjoys boating, fishing, and time with family.

TOPGUN Commander-turned-skydiver Todd Petrie, fueled by his love for flight, transitioned from F/A-18s to training future aviators and finding his happy place at Aero.

**ROBERT STANLEY -**

Navy Captain-turned-Aero pilot Robert Stanley, a Gulf Coast native with 25 years of diverse flying experience, soars back home to Pensacola, bringing his expertise and passion for both aviation and service to new heights.

A former Navy pilot and instructor, Robert brings 11 years of military aviation experience and a strong safety background to Aero. He holds a degree in aviation and now calls Pensacola home.
