About Aero Air Charter

Love at
first flight

Pensacola is known for sugar-white sand, emerald water, and being the Cradle of Naval Aviation. We are honored to call it home — and it is fair to say aviation is in our DNA.

Our story

It's our mission
to journey well

We are the only FAA Full Part 135, ARGUS-certified private jet operator based on the Emerald Coast. That certification covers flight operations, maintenance and training — the three things that actually determine whether a charter flight is safe.

Our roots in private aviation began in 2015 flying 24/7 mission-critical organ donor transport. For a flight team where many had served in the military, that work came about as close to a military mission as civilian aviation gets: total precision, total teamwork, no margin for a bad day. That standard is what still defines us.

Today we serve the Gulf Coast, the continental US, Canada and the Caribbean — with a commitment to safety, efficiency, professionalism and warm Southern hospitality. Hospitality isn't a choice around here. It's more of a way of life.

What we hold to

Four non-negotiables

Safety

Never traded

Safety is at the heart of the operation. It is our highest duty to provide a travel option guided by trusted experts — a commitment to our guests and to ourselves.

Hospitality

A home away from home

To welcome a guest aboard is to welcome them into our care, as we would in our own homes. We anticipate needs and serve with a welcome that makes the guest feel known.

Timeliness

Ahead of the problem

We respond quickly, and where we can we prevent problems before they surface. Time is the thing our guests value most, and we treat it that way.

Excellence

Every detail

There is one chance at a first impression. Attention to detail, quality of experience, operation of the aircraft, clarity of communication — excellence lets hospitality thrive.

"The engine is the heart of an airplane, but the pilot is its soul."

Sir Walter Alexander Raleigh

Our pilots have built extensive careers both in service to the country and to passengers, and they train continuously to stay there. Guests can fly knowing the flight deck is staffed by seasoned aviators who are genuinely glad to be there.

The people
behind the wings

Our pilots hold extensive flight careers — a combined 100,000-plus flight hours between them, in service to the country and to passengers — and they train continuously to stay there.
