Broker-first
partner

Brokers are how most of our aircraft fly. So we built the business around them instead of quietly competing with them for the same client. Your client stays your client — that isn't a courtesy, it's the arrangement.

The arrangement

We don't chase
your client

The uncomfortable part of this industry is that plenty of operators take broker business on Monday and market to that same passenger on Friday. It poisons the relationship, and everyone knows it.

We don't do it. Contact details you share with us are used to fly the trip and nothing else. No follow-up campaigns, no direct offers, no quiet poaching after the flight lands. If your passenger calls us directly, we tell them to call you.

What you get in exchange for that trust is the thing brokers actually need: honest availability, a real price, and someone on the phone who can answer a technical question without going to ask somebody else.

What brokers get

  • Direct line to dispatch — no call center
  • Operator-direct pricing with no hidden markup
  • Same-business-day quote turnaround
  • Compliance packet on file: certificate, ops specs, insurance, ARGUS
  • Honest availability, including when the answer is no
  • Tail-specific detail — we know the aircraft because we maintain it
  • Your client is never contacted for our own marketing

What you're selling

The aircraft

Owned and operated by Aero Air Charter. Full specs, cabin dimensions and performance figures are in the broker packet, or on the fleet page.

Working together

From request
to release

  1. Send the trip

Routing, dates, passenger and bag count, and anything unusual about the mission. Email or phone both reach a human at the flight department.

  2. Get a real quote

We check performance, runway, crew duty and positioning before quoting, so the number you hand your client is the number that holds. Same business day in almost every case.

  3. Contract and confirm

Charter agreement, deposit terms and the compliance packet go out together. Nothing about the paperwork should be a surprise on day three.

  4. Fly the trip

You get flight following and updates directly. If weather or maintenance changes the plan, you hear it from us before your client hears it from an app.

  5. Close it out

Final invoice reconciled against actual flight time and fees. Then we go quiet until you send us the next one.

I’ve consistently used Aero Air Charter for business and leisure trips for my clients, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their level of service. From the moment I inquire about the charter to the completion of the flight, the entire experience is seamless and professional. The team always goes above and beyond to accommodate my clients’ specific needs and preferences. The aircraft interiors are immaculate, and the crew are both skilled and attentive, making my clients feel safe and well taken care of throughout the flight. Questions

Straight answers

Do you really not market to our passengers?

Correct. Passenger contact information you provide is used to operate the trip and for required records. It does not enter a marketing list, and we do not solicit your client afterward. If they contact us directly, we point them back to you.

What does operator-direct pricing mean?

You are quoted by the company that holds the certificate and owns the aircraft, so there is no intermediary margin buried in the number. What you add on top is your business, and we don't undercut it.

How fast can you turn a quote?

Same business day for standard domestic trips. Complex international routing, unusual performance requirements or short-notice repositioning may take longer, and we'll tell you up front rather than going silent.

What happens if the aircraft goes down for maintenance?

You hear from us immediately. Because maintenance is in-house we usually know about a developing issue well before it becomes a cancellation, and we can be specific about recovery time instead of vague.

Can you fly trips outside the Gulf Coast?

Yes — the fleet regularly operates across the continental US, Canada and the Caribbean. Positioning cost is quoted transparently rather than hidden in the hourly rate.
